I’m thrilled you joined me for this course!
To give you a background about myself. I hold 1:1 and group sessions of meditation. I am welcoming to newcomers and regular participants. I love to help newcomers learn more about how meditation and small lifestyle changes can enhance their lives. We often think that these are significant steps we have to take. However, little shifts can make a huge difference. I have completed my Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and worked with my mentor and friend, Emily Fletcher, through a series of her Ziva Meditation courses with the tools necessary to guide you to stress less and accomplish more. I am also a certified life coach by Dr. Mindy Pelz, who focuses on women’s bodies and hormones. I hope you enjoy the course!
